University Guestrooms
Walla Walla University offers guestrooms through the Village Housing Office for alumni, parents, students and guests coming for WWU events. They are located one block north of campus at 27 N College Ave, College Place, WA.

Standard (2 guests max)
Queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower, mini refrigerator & microwave, cable TV & WiFi
Apartment Style (4 guests max)
Queen bed; private bath with walk-in shower; full-size pull-out couch; kitchen with basic appliances, dishes, pots & pans; cable TV & WiFi
University Guestroom Policies
NO SMOKING, OPEN FLAMES, COOKING (allowed in the apartment-style guestroom), DRUGS/ALCOHOL OR PETS. A $50 fine will be charged to the registered guest for violation of policy. Exceptions made for service animals with advance notice.
Check-in & Check-out
You may check in starting at 2 p.m. on the day your reservation begins. The room rental period expires at 11 a.m. on the day you are to check out (extended to 2 p.m. on Sabbath only). Please open drapes to signal your room is ready for cleaning before leaving. A charge may apply for checking out late.
Key Codes
Key codes are activated at 2 p.m. on the check-in date and deactivated at 11 a.m. on the check-out date.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation requires a 24-hour notice (by 1:59 p.m. the day before your reservation is to begin). If cancelation is not made at least 24 hours in advance, your credit card will be charged a cancelation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
Maximum Stay
Guestroom reservations are limited to a maximum length of seven (7) consecutive nights.
Room Types and Occupancy
Guestrooms 30-36 have one queen bed and very little space. The maximum number of persons allowed is 2. We do not have roll-away beds or mattresses for extra guests.
Guestroom 47 has one queen bed and one full hide-a-bed. The maximum number of persons allowed is 4. An infant may be added to the total number. A portable crib is available for use in the bedroom closet.
ADA Room: One ADA compliant guestroom is available and should be reserved in advance.
Payment
Credit card information is collected at time of reservation and billed after your stay. Room charges can alternatively be paid at the Village Housing office located at 26 N College Avenue at the time of your stay by Visa, MasterCard, cash (U.S.) or check during business hours.
Linens and Towels
Linen service is provided at the request of guests who will be staying more than three nights. Please call the Village Housing office during business hours at (509) 527-2109 to request linen service.
Damages and/or Loss
Any damage or loss of property or furnishings, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged accordingly.
Excessive Debris/Soil
If a guest room is left excessively dirty, the guest shall be responsible for an excessive cleaning fee. Fees shall be determined by the addition of any outsourced professional service rates (i.e., carpet cleaners, mattress cleaners, painters, etc.) and hourly deep cleaning by housekeeping staff at $50/hour.
Found Items
With the exception of perishable items, underclothing, and miscellaneous toiletries, items left behind by guests will be collected and retained for up to 14 days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Items may be returned by United States Postal Service. Guest would be charged packaging and postage, plus a $10 handling fee. After 14 days, unclaimed items are disposed of.
WiFi
Access to the Walla Walla University WiFi is free for registered guests.
